At NS Royalle, we take pride in offering premium ethnic and traditional wear crafted with care and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or alterations made after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or stitched outfits
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Accessories and jewellery items
  • Products damaged after delivery

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Size-related issues (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with product images and order details.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video (if available)

Our support team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

In certain cases, customers may be required to bear the return shipping charges unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product sent by us.
